1. The public institution Open Lithuania Foundation (company code: 210063570, address: Didžioji g. 5, Vilnius) (hereinafter referred to as the Foundation) is a non-profit organisation whose main mission is to strengthen democratic and open civil society. Our activities are supported by international organisations, Lithuanian institutions, and private donors. Donors voluntarily provide unpaid financial support that helps to fulfil the Foundation’s mission. The Foundation commits to using the support solely for the execution of its mission and undertakes to comply with the Law on Charity and Sponsorship as well as other legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
  2. Donations to the Open Lithuania Foundation are open to legal entities and natural persons aged 14 and above.
  3. The Foundation processes personal data when concluding and executing a donation agreement in accordance with these Donation Rules. The retention periods and details concerning personal data are described in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Donation Rules.
  4. Donations to the Foundation can be made through Paypal, Paysera and Contribee platforms by clicking the “DONATE” buttons integrated into the Foundation’s website olf.lt. Alternatively, donation can be made by direct payment transfer, indicating the purpose of the payment as “DONATION” (account number: LT257044060008142507).
  5. When completing the donation form, the donor must provide personal information such as their name, surname, email address, and telephone number. The donor is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
  6. Upon successful receipt of the donation, the donor will receive an email confirmation.
  7. The donor is responsible for the transparency and legality of the donation’s origin.
  8. Donations are non-refundable, except when the Foundation deems it necessary to refund donations unilaterally or if this is mandated by law.
  9. Disputes are settled through negotiation. Should negotiation fail to resolve disputes, dispute settlement will follow the procedure stipulated in the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
  10. The Foundation reserves the right to amend the Donation Rules.
