Open Lithuania Foundation, together with its partners “Žinau, ką renku”, invites you to the first #DemocracyDrinks meeting of the season!

When? September 18, 2024, at 6:30 PM.
Where? Piano Man bar, Islandijos g. 1, Vilnius

During the first #DemocracyDrinks, we will have a warm-up before the final round of the election triathlon with “Žinau, ką renku”: we will test our knowledge about the Seimas and the upcoming Seimas elections, and we will talk about what our ideal candidates would be like.

#DemocracyDrinks is an international initiative that offers a networking space for democracy advocates and supporters. Events are already taking place in Zurich, Montreal, Helsinki, Kathmandu, Washington, and others. Vilnius is a city where every month civil society, activists, business, and academic communities are invited to meet and discuss the state of democracy and its challenges. In Vilnius, these meetings will take place on the third Wednesday of each month!

#DemocracyDrinks creates a great opportunity to find like-minded people, discuss ideas circulating in civil society, and plan actions, fostering inspiration and togetherness. The events are attended by active people from NGOs, international institutions, think tanks, national governments and representations, academia, public relations consulting firms, social enterprises, and active citizens.
