26 organisations to start a course on gender equality on January: results of the selection process for the GrassRoots programme

26 NGOs have been selected to take part in the GrassRoots programme. From January to June 2025, they will follow a course on gender equality and work with assigned mentors to address their organizations’ most pressing issues. A total of 53 organizations applied for the program. Following a panel of independent experts and motivational interviews, the following 26 organisations were selected for the program:

9. Centre for Combating Trafficking and Exploitation of Human Beings (KOPŽI)
10. Charity and Support Fund Island of Renewal
11. Kaunas section of the Lithuanian Association of the Deaf
12.  Lithuanian Tricycle Sports Association
13. Association of Persons with Disabilities Group I of Marijampolė
14. Ribologija
15. Tauragė Women’s Employment and Information Centre
16. Utena Women’s Centre
17. Actio Catholica Patria (A.C. Patria)

20. Youth line
