In order to properly establish your identity, a copy of your personal identification document must be attached to the request sent by post. If the request is sent by email, your identity must be verified in accordance with the procedure laid down by law, i.e. by means of electronic communication that allow proper identification (e.g. by signing with a qualified electronic signature). A written request may be submitted directly to the staff of the Open Lithuania Foundation, who will be able to identify you at the time of the request.
